No, the rental company usually bills me at the end of the trip.

In the next video, we see your drive along I-88 IL from the Quad Cities to Chicagoland, but you payed a toll starting from Dixon, IL. Also, about the control cities, I'd rather sign both Aurura and Chicago along I-88 IL heading east instead of Sterling and Rock Falls and I'll sign Joliet and Peoria (pass by I-88 IL), then Joliet and Chicago (meet I-74) along I-80 heading east. Good thing I-80 signs Chicago from the Quad Cities, but as a matter fact, if you drive east leaving the Quad Cities, all interstates have to sign Chicago.
