I want to twin charge one so bad. The record for this engine is 800 peak hp. That's going to be laggy. Imagine a g25 660 + tvs eaton twin screw set up. Plenty of power per weight with great power delivery from the supercharger.

Mine got Airtec intercooler, K&N air intake and Milltek exhaust and oc a custom tune. It does 330hp. With Aventuri it does like 350hp if your numbers are correct.

Not a bad little increase :) I'm hoping to get a MK5 eventually. I get that with a high horsepower tune you need that downpipe and cat removal and so on. Correct me if I am wrong but I think 450ish is around the limit with a stock car with the cat in place (stage 1). Are there no other options for this such as a high flow cat to allow you to boost higher than stock whilst still being 'legal'? Maybe I am just at that time in life where I want a powerful fun car again but I am past having to put back on the stock bits every year for an MOT so it passes emissions. great work and lovely car!

A lot of temptation to push this engine with the volume of tuning parts. For the road the standard power is fine, its a very quick car. From a trafffic light start, its faster than almost anything you'll meet up to legal speed limits.

sweet video finally breaking down each stage with the dyno tune. what would be the next couple of mods? Valve Springs, gasket and studs, and a clutch? or are there other main limiting things that need upgrading for more power out of the stock turbo and engine? Also would down pipes, mid pipes, intercoolerer piping and a new exhaust manifold make much of a difference? thanks!

Do your kits work with a 8hp70 from a scat pack. I have a Aristo here in Texas and those dodge transmission’s are a dime a dozen compared to the n63 bmw ones.

They can be made for those gearboxes but I think they’re quite big so might not fit in the tunnel very well.
