That’s what happens when nepotism runs rampant. See the main reason is incompetence. You have incompetent politicians who need 50 staffers to make sure things run smoothly. Instead of hiring competent people as politicians we can avoid all this mess. Budgets shouldn’t exist either. Get exactly what’s needed. Instead they bloat budgets so they can steal from the tax base cry poverty. We’ve strayed away from the best and brightest to not what ya know but who? The whole system needs revamped but these people are called geniuses because they create life time careers not because they’re actually good at their job. And this is exactly what everyone is upset about. They change the rules instead of fixing or addressing the real issues. An then when it’s pointed out they use this exact system to destroy people’s lives with said nepotism. Ever hear “you scratch my back I’ll scratch yours?” This is what we mean.
