It's too bad that Ernie Kovacs didn't live long enough to hear this kid play his theme tune..Ernie would have love it.

You've got the perfect piano for this kinda song! To me, it felt a bit too fast, and could use some more dynamics, but overall, if was very accurate and expertly played. Bravo!

Great job! Did you put tacks in the hammers? Love the old saloon sound to your piano! Very cool. I just recently discovered Rialto Ripples and adding it to my repertoire.

I think how it's played on a slightly out-of-tune piano. Makes it sounds more authentic

The pianos in the bordellos and the piano cutting contests were probably out of tune, as well.

We need to get you to one of the ragtime festivals in the US. Talk with Max Keenlyside in PEI if you haven't already....he'll be here in St Louis this summer on his way to Sedalia. I can get you a gig here in StL, if you'd want.

Great playing! I just Michael Feinstein play this live last night. Never heard it before and I thought I knew a lot of the Gershwin canon.
