There are several reasons for bursting of IC. Prominent reason may be improper connection of supply and ground to respective pins of the IC or excessive voltage or current flow through the IC or improper connections. Please go through the connections and verify proper connectivity. If possible share the circuit diagram that you have built so that we can identify the error. Thank you.

Excuse me, There are two XOR, gate, AND gate, but in the circuit You used only one. and also 3:39 like attach line ,you connected,why do you need to connect like this,i dont understand, can you write me why this reason.

The expression for sum is SUM = EXOR (A, B, C). In the first step we have performed EXOR operation of (A, B), the result of which is further EXOR ed with the third input C in the second step. The EXOR output of A and B is available at pin 3 of the EXOR gate IC (step 1). This output is then EXOR ed with input C. Hence, output available at pin 3 is connected to pin 4 (for step 2). Sensor output always electrical, but transducer output can be anything

Yes, transducer at input side will provide electrical output (which may or may not be available in suitable form for controllers to process), while transducer at output side will provide other forms of outputs such as motion. On the contrary, the output of sensor will be electrical signal which is suitable for controllers to work on and doesn't require any special signal conditioning circuits such as amplifiers or bridge networks.
