Excuse me, There are two XOR, gate, AND gate, but in the circuit You used only one. and also 3:39 like attach line ,you connected, why do you need to connect like this,i dont understand, can you write me why this reason.

The expression for sum is SUM = EXOR (A, B, C). In the first step we have performed EXOR operation of (A, B), the result of which is further EXOR ed with the third input C in the second step. The EXOR output of A and B is available at pin 3 of the EXOR gate IC (step 1). This output is then EXOR ed with input C. Hence, output available at pin 3 is connected to pin 4 (for step 2). I hope this explanation is helpful to you. Thank you.

Excuse me sir, 3:39 - why do you connect those 2 pins together? I'm fairly new to this and I'm trying to understand.

The expression for sum output is SUM = EXOR (A,B,Cin). The first IC is EXOR IC whose pin no. 1 and 2 are input pins which can be used to realize the operation EXOR(A,B) whose output is available at pin 3. To realize the expression of sum output we need to take EXOR(Cin and output available at pin 3). Hence, pin no 3 is connected to pin 4 and input Cin is connected to pin 5. Final sum is available at pin 6. I hope this explanation is helpful and might solve your query.

Sir, I am having trouble designing the circuits from Truth table. I am in 3rd Sem, Software Engineering. If you can help , how to build logic seeing the truth table.

There are several reasons why an IC can get damaged. Here are a few important ones: 1. Check the supply (Vcc) and Ground of the IC. 2. Excess voltage and current can damage your IC. Check voltage and current ratings set on the power supply. 3. Check the connections on the output pins. A high voltage on both sides of the output pin may also damage your IC. This is one of the most common mistakes which may occur while making connections or implementing any circuit.
