I'm a senior with some hand issues. Zipper suggestion: not recessed but one that either extends beyond the sides or extends further down the sides like a boxy bag. Flap: personally, I would find that easier than a zipper. Loops: consider a loop running perpendicular so that it could attach to one of the vertical parts. Curiosity prompts me to ask: why not sew the line for the casing before inserting the cording?

Hi Sara! I love the corded pocket, and am wondering if I can figure out how to adapt it to a stretch fabric, or maybe a cargo type bottom! Thanks for inspiration!

I am a lefty! And I just started doing the Woobles Steve pattern and love the fact that the video lets you select right or left handed. My mom tried to teach me to crochet when I was little, but she said everything I did looked backwards. So this is perfect for me!

I like participating in quilty classes with members of my quilt guild. As a fairly new member it’s nice to get to know the members on a more personal level at a class. Our monthly meeting can be quite chaotic making it difficult to get to know people.

Left handed and I love the bag. I would change the size to fit my mother's walker and add side velcro straps to attach to the sides for it to hang straight. A double zipper on top would make the opening bigger. lube the zippers to make it pull easier and a narrow connecting strap to pull both zippers at once would be easy to get hold of. Hope this all makes sense! I would also add a pocket to one side for a water bottle or maybe make a separate bag just for that to match.

One handed opening may be needed. Rather than having to hold the bag still while working the closure method. Especially for walker users who would need to maintain a hold on the walker. Maybe a flip over flap that doesn't need velcro, snaps to keep closed.

I’m a righty, favorite candy is the Cherry Pull apart twizzlers. And with bag for walkers/wheelchairs, I was thinking a double zipper with string connecting the zipper pulls so that it’s wider and when opened the flap flips to the side. Easier grasp for someone who has issues with dexterity.
