Pls let me know the surface living areas of a one and two bedrooms apart. When will be available. How much will be the management fee and who will manage syndicate. Whether there be a penalty fee if not delivered on time according to specs and contract. How many apartments in one block. How about water storage. Thx u.

Hi dear we would happily assist you with all the information you should need, please contact us on 52582663, our sales specialist will happily gather the information you need. From what I know there are 23 units in total, only a few remaining as of now and maybe only 1 or 2 which are sea-facing and the very few remaining do not offer a direct view on the sea. The syndic has not been chosen yet so the fee will be decided in the near future depending on what all the owners are looking for in terms of maintenance. In Mauritius it does happen that projects are delayed, but what all the owners want is to have a well built place, even if it takes a bit longer. But the promoter is doing its best to finish on time.
