From what I know there are 23 units in total, only a few remaining as of now and maybe only 1 or 2 which are sea-facing and the very few remaining do not offer a direct view on the sea. The syndic has not been chosen yet so the fee will be decided in the near future depending on what all the owners are looking for in terms of maintenance. In Mauritius it does happen that projects are delayed, but what all the owners want is to have a well built place, even if it takes a bit longer. But the promoter is doing its best to finish on time.
