Yasss loving this experimental sound and direction she’s pursuing! Being the youngest member in the group, she was never really allowed much creative freedom or input especially in Korea’s strict hierarchal society. She was always the least respected member among blinks/group fans tbh and a lot of them ranked her last for pursuing a musical career…yet here we are 😭 first member to release not one but two solo singles after their og contract expired last year.

Both Jay Park and Nayeon are very popular. Jay park is korean/american(from Seattle) has been a solo hiphop/rnb singer/rapper for years and was previously in a kpop group(2PM, left the group) founded 2 companies which imo have some amazing hiphop and rnb artists. He has had his fair shared of controversies, which i wont say here just too many but i cant deny he makes nice music 😭. Nayeon is from Twice "the nations girl group" which is a 3rd gen JYP group with 9 members. She has had a very successful solo career and has collabed with a bunch of amazing artists. Twice is still together btw, didnt want to make it sound like they disbanded lol.

Jay Park is a soloist, though he used to be a part of the 2nd gen group, 2pm. He makes a lot of RnB music. I recommend 'All I Wanna Do", and 'Like I do', 'Joah'. He's most famous song is 'Mommae'. It’s unfortunate that they just released the official waterbomb performances right after this video was released! It sounds so much better in the official version. For waterbomb they cannot use mics on their face because those cannot be protected by the water. It’s basically a large summer festival, that’s intended to be sexy for the most part. The artists get to blast the audience with these huge water guns, there is also water canons that go off during some performances. In return, the audience gets to spray the groups with water guns too and can refill their guns throughout the show.

i think, no one use head set, because of the water, they perform more songs than Sticky, so some water was sprayed to them, they even have a "backbag" to secure the mics. As someone who has seen the MV a bunch of times now. I noticed that Jurin is the only one whose powers or red eyes don't change from the start to the end of the video. This makes me believe that Jurin has everyone else under control at the beginning of the video and she takes us back in time when the camera zooms in on her red eyes. So we, the audience can see which powers everyone else had prior to when she started to have control over every other member. That's also why I think Harvey who is the one with telekinetic powers is levitating mid air and not moving at all at the very start of the video with her eyes completely black because Jurin wasn't able to control her and instead made her basically braindead when Harvey tried to stop her with her powers. Plus it would explain why Hinata is big and not normal size at the beginning of the video. Jurin has control of her powers at that point and that she was also the one that made Hinata shrink because clearly she didn't do that herself when you see her run to safety before she becomes normal size again

What you have to understand is that XG will not give you what you want all the time . . . . . They don’t want to give you the same all the time . . . For me, I just enjoyed this and this put me in a good mood and wanted me to party . . . . All of the rappers have a bit of vocals here

They are all supposed to have powers. Juria can open dimensional portals, Jurin can predict things that are going to happen, if you notice, she is doing weird things with her eyes like looking for something and she turns around just before Juria appears. Maya can manipulate people, that's why they follow her from the beginning. Cocona seems to be able to make things levitate (the man in the elevator and right at the beginning of the video, objects suspended in the air around her) If you look closely you will see (in the elevator) that before that happens, her eyes turn totally black. Chisa has super speed. Harvey telekinesis (putting products in the shopping cart). Hinata can grow and shrink.
