LOL, Babymonster is actually one of the only groups that can carry all concepts. And this concept was about the 80s and the seccond Generation of k-pop. It had all elements... the chorus was so nostalgic and the after chorus was really summary, and if you think you get to "old" ( actually dont know what you mean with that question ), you barley find a group. Babymonster did a darker concept before and if you like that more, watch that, but keep in mind they 4 members are under age, so they get matching lyrics for it. Saying that its only for teens doesnt fit really well, cause allot grown ups love their music and only you dont, doesnt say its only for them...music is a matter of taste and has nothing to do with age.

I like how you're providing an honest review while also providing some feedbacks on what you liked about the mv. I don't find this insulting (as a fan myself), and I don't understand why a lot of the comments here are hateful. I, too, didn't get the song (didn't feel the "wow" factor) the first time I heard it, but I realized the more I listen to the song it's becoming more addicting. I think that people who showed detestation on your reaction might just be biased in some sort because, of course, they are fans. Nothing wrong with that. I guess, as people age, the more calm they will deal with having big feelings. Keep doing you! Everyone just have different opinions in life.

The funny thing is that people keep saying or keep the narrative that they sound like BLACKPINK but most people don't know that the main producer for BLACKPINK has left the agency to concentrate on his own agency. As a total group, they have the best vocals in K-pop since they don't have the majority of the members that are lacking. They all can hold their own in some way in singing, rapping, and dancing. They are also better at live performances than any other group in the current gen. I think tyaht it is okay for you to not like their songs since it might not be something that you are into. This is definitely YG style of creating music. For BATTER UP, since there were a bunch of people working on it including Asa who wrote lyrics and did some of the production is kind of belittling her talent. STUCK IN THE MIDDLE - is something that is not typically a YG type of song and is something that only BABYMONSTER could do and not their seniors SHEESH - is much different in a sense that YG himself had a hand in producing the song. And for Asa's part in the song originally it was only part and adding that "SHEEESH" would have turned that song more cheesy. Keep in mind that Ruka and Chiquita's part got cut from that verse as well, not just Asa. It would have been the deubt for Chiquita rapping. LIKE THAT - is written and also partially produced by Charlie Puth which is the reason that is sounds more like a western style song than K-pop FOREVER - is addressing people who are criticizing them. The video might look cute (Thier BABY side) but the lyrics translated really talks about people can make the negative comments all they want they are gong to continue to chase after their dreams. Keep in mind that they are following BLACKPINK and that BLACKPINK had the same backlash when they debut. It was how much that BLACKPINK is 2NE1 2.0. But in the end, where did BLACKPINK end up? Becoming one of the biggest girl groups in the world. And I am sure that back then it was the same where people would say that BLACKPINK is mid when they kept winning shows and having numbers to back up their success. Right now, BABYMONSTER is kind of in the same position. They have the numbers behind them with both KZbin views and Spotify streams along with international streams. They got organically popular not because of BLACKPINK or YG promoting them. It was because of their talent when performing live., I thkn that you might be more into NMIXX, XG, or YOUNG POSSE (If you into old school style of rap). B;LACKPINK won't make a comeback this year but the timeline is still the same with them. But at least they are able to do solo projects since their solo contracts are now either with their own agencies or in Rosé case with the BLACKLABEL.We probably won't see another thing from BLACKPINK for at least another year but if you are a BLINK you should probably expect that by now.

People are mad but I agree with you. And that’s on the producers. The girls are very talented, they are great singers and dancers but I think the producers didn’t make a good song for them yet. And Forever just isn’t my personal taste.

If i were you, i would study a little more kpop history before reacting any kpop music, that is embarrassing with lack of knowledge about their music genre, especially the BIG 4 agencies, search google if you dont know them. I bet you dont know much about BM history, and i dont expect you would deep dive their previous videos. But thats ok, just look around and check other channels, their reactions got over 300 or 500k viewed, and there is a reason behind it. And btw, try not to gain any more views by reacting more BM videos. I am appreciated.
