Interesting video. My father bought one in Malaya in 1958 and it was the first camera that I was shown how to use in conjunction with a light meter. It was very good with slides. Nearly bought one recently on ebay but overcome the nostalgia in time!

Nice story, aye, they take good photos I think and in 1958 it would have been a lot of money. I got mine for 30€, really nothing considering the quality.

I think that’s a kind of poetic kind of brutality, like lightning or the ferocity of a tiger, different from the violence of man that comes from his thoughts, beliefs and convictions. Where there’s space there’s harmony. When Herzog said “there is no harmony in nature” that he was stressed in the middle of a crazy jungle, I’m sure looking up at the stars on a clear night he’d see the harmony.

Hey ! Thanks @Simpaulme. Aye, I really don’t expect anyone to watch but it doesn’t matter too much. It’s good to be able to make a video, and hopefully improve a little, really that’s the enjoyment. Thanks man really appreciate your comment.

Amazing guitar and player. Thank you for sharing this nice video 👍 Seems to be on the small size, maybe. Do you happened to know the spec?! Scale, depth, weight, ect.. Looking forward to see and hear more 🎸🤘🙏🏻

Hi Y M I actually just measured it for you. So the bottom bout is 37cm, top bout is 27.5cm, body length 47.5cm Bottom bout depth 10cm, top bout 9cm The scale length, which I remembered was weird, is 557cm. So the scale length is quite long but the body length is quite short in comparison with “normal” Spanish guitars. The Pantojas were and are always experimenting. Also this guitar has widely spaced strings, more than normal !! It’s a great guitar. Thanks for your comment. Philip

Yes, the Amazing Flamenco Guitarist title is click-bait. But he does play half way through the movie.
