There’s orange groves near where I live, a lot of them are bitter oranges and they just leave them to fall from the trees, I think they collect them and use them as biofuel. Also, it’s been a really mild start to summer, 40 degrees today though !!!
Aye, I think Herzog is amazing, he was stressed and in the middle of a caótica jungle when he said “there is no harmony in nature “ if he’d be in a calm place looking up at the stars and planets I’m sure he’d see the harmony. Where there’s great space there’s harmony.
It’s such a classic line, though, that’s impossible not to want to imitate in a fake Germanic accent !!
Ahh so he actually says “there is no harmony in the universe “ lolz and says the stars are a mess. I miss quote him and invent my own inflection, here’s the original:

I think that’s a kind of poetic kind of brutality, like lightning or the ferocity of a tiger, different from the violence of man that comes from his thoughts, beliefs and convictions. Where there’s space there’s harmony. When Herzog said “there is no harmony in nature” that he was stressed in the middle of a crazy jungle, I’m sure looking up at the stars on a clear night he’d see the harmony.
