Why did you say Massachusetts was getting24 inches of snow but on your radar it says it’s supposed to snow but it says rain so is Massachusetts gonna get a huge blizzard or not?

Anyone here remember the April Fools Day Blizzard back in the late 90’s? It went from being cold and over 4 feet of snow in the morning and by late afternoon it was so warm out that I played hockey on the deck with a huge chunk of ice as a puck... that was good old fashioned fun 😊 it was the fastest accumulation in a long time and was gone by the next day, wish I still had video of it. That was the best April Fools day ever.

I remember 1995 Fort Lee, VA. I was in AIT and we had to shovel snow every 3 hours for 2 days. We were freezing and exhausted AND THEN, had to go to the field to dig out all the tents and training equipment that got buried in the woods. As a kid in Germany, I played in the snow all day and never got tired… As an adult, it hits different 😅

Blizzard of 78 it snowed feet per day, for 4 months, peoples roofs fell in from snow, people died in their cars. We did not go back to school till Aug 79... Military had to open up roads, the state could not move that much snow...

Wait. I thought we were all going to burn up due to 'human-caused global warming '...😮 Seriously; I recall my first ice storm (1974 in West TN). I learned the value of a good wood-burning fireplace. Then, again, in 1994 (West TN), but had a good set of gas logs. Ditto for the ice storm we had last February (NW AL). I have gas logs now, too, plus a 24kW Generac whole house generator and 6+ months of long-term food stored.
