Incredibly nice home and fab price! Just wow! Very well kept! Wonder what the heating bill is. I did not see air conditioning. Wonder how easy or difficult it would be to put in?

It is amazing value for money, the owner told me she paid 2 or 300 euros per winter for Oil but how often they turn the heating on I cannot say, Air con if you wanted it is the same to fit as any other house which is not that hard at all.

Lack of drone, which is being addressed at the moment we are also getting a camera upgrade in the next few weeks so hopefully a big step un in quality is on the way. It is a amazing buy for the money.

Due to being retired, silvery and seriously thinking about living somewhere a little financially and weather wise less inclement than the UK for at least part of the year one has to take into account that one may not be able to drive in future hence a train line within a couple of miles is a really important consideration. Love you guys and look forward to your videos but we have some constructive criticism. Respectfully, please please sort out the logistics of how you are going to present the video before recording. The viewer doesn't need to witness disagreements of land boundaries or what rooms are being introduced by who. Perhaps a brief run through between you before recording? We had no introduction of where you were, the nearest town/facilities. No idea of the total amount of land or square footage of housing. This video was erratic to watch and difficult to watch. We've watched all your videos and mean no malice, but a little more structure will aid viewing (and selling)😊

If it was me I would ignore the broken part of the land and just fence the upper terraces which are joined up, in the fullness of time you could join up the rest

It is listed at 300,000 euros it is a rare find these days with that many buildings and the water sources. Unless you go more north but here it is rare.
