I do not know what the buildings were, but they are no longer in use, it about 1 acre.

the link to the property listing is showing a 404 error... :( also, please can you tell me what the large building across the stream that you say isn't used is? your viewers should also be aware that if they want to put cabins or other dwellings that are in addition to the ruins, they will need to get approval from the local câmara, which many have reported can take years.

I have fixed the link, my apologies, I do not know what the buildings on the other side of the river are as they are no longer used. They were once some kind of factory or manufacturing plant.

Hello, Thank you for the beautiful video. The borders appeared without the location of the stone house or the entrance and the location of the river for the land and most importantly the area... Is it possible to build a house or is only a mobile house that can be lifted allowed? Thank you.

It is not the best map I agree, as for construction what we know for sure is that you could renovate the cottages. Of course anything on wheels would be OK. Other than that you would have to ask permission as per normal.
