Food is food. I can't believe how many women have complexes around it. Everyone needs to nourish themselves without all this overthinking

I'm like two years late but I have to say this lol. they literally do not eat as much as they (and we) think they do!! they always order food, yes, but they also always have leftovers in their fridge, they also probably eat small meals throughout the day so it might feel like they're eating a lot overall.

Yuck.. Nutella and hagelslag. Nutella is soooooo sweet already. Nutella is oil and sugar (and a little hazulnut). Organic hazelnut spread with little sugar is much much better. BTW Nutella used to have less sugar, but sugar is so cheap so they changed the recipe.

The bulgar wheat and chick peas are HIGH in carbs, so their assessment was wrong. But it is a way of getting all of the amino acids that make up complete proteins using plant based foods.

Tave kosi is the best but depends if is your first time and you tried to compare it with anything ELLs you have eaten before is very hard as is completely different taste we are used to eat that since we was kid and is special dish very tasty once or twice a week i recommend not so often coz you will get bored with it . It’s like if you eat to much of Spanish ham jamon de ballota or Parma ham if u eat to much more then 100 gram then u don’t want to eat it for the rest of the months type of thing

Drop whatever you are doing and go read the book Womans’s weight loss secrets: the unspoken truth, its absolutely life changing, trust me on this
@misstekheadАй бұрын
I have rent and mouths to feed. What are these supposed secrets? I’m betting it’s the most basic of dietitian information. Also, why does every dietitian I’ve ever met either has or had an eating disorder? I’ve been trying to just simply be healthy ever since I lost weight due to severe illness and muscle loss. Being so sick and thin that you can barely walk your dog or take care of family sucks.
@MiaJohnson-x4mАй бұрын
That is exactly what the book is about, focusing on health and holistic living rather than being thin. If you eat the right foods and exercise how you are supposed to you will feel amazing and lose weight without thinking about it.
@misstekhead29 күн бұрын
@@MiaJohnson-x4m I suppose I could give it a try. Sorry about my initial reply coming off a bit rude. It’s so frustrating from being in shape and active to no energy whatsoever. I feel as if someone threw a boulder on top of me on my worst of days. I’ve been athletic most of my life and I feel extremely hindered by aspects out of my control. 🤦🏻♀️ I’ll give it a go. ✌️

Vienna does have vegan places with viennese food. The world's only vegan Michelin place as far as I know (tian) is located there. Amazing vegan ice cream, a restaurant spezialised for lots of allergies. As for traditional snack food: tzeczniewski, right to the first sausage stand shown, offers very traditional breads with spreads that are also vegetarian. And there is the very austrian vegan burger chain, that also has a vegan traditional Austrian style food restaurant in the country side.
@Vera-n7l2cАй бұрын
Plus several vegan supermarkets. You don't have to resort to fried cheese usually. Knödel and "Mehlspeisen" which is an assortment of dishes, are all vegetarian.

It's also played a lot that they are always hungry and when I was younger, I found it amusing, but later when I got stuck in an unhealthy diet in college (lot of fast food, processed food, frozen pizzas etc.) I realised that they crave food constantly because they are never actually full and that's just sad.

I MEAN NO DISRESPECT, please don’t take this the wrong way. I’m just very curious honestly… I’m also a girl that grew up with the strong thin-culture and I used to analyse models etc. I never watched Friends but from the pictures, they don’t seem that thin to me - PLEASE DON’T TAKE THIS WRONGFULLY, I mean in the comparison sense because I know it wasn’t healthy for them but so many models who are so much taller are waaaay thinner and still have mostly normal lives and a lot of them have babies. Is it just because of their body types, so for Courtney, Jennifer and Lisa it was bad because their body types are not thin naturally and these models are… or something else? Because I know not all of these models are naturally skinny, they also restrict themselves a looot. I hope this wasn’t triggering for anybody. I’m not trying to belittle anybody’s struggles, just curious genuinely
