It would be nice if they had trains like how Disney does on Tron. B&M could make a train where the back car has sitdown seats while the rest are standup cars.

I actually liked it, and I ran onto it because it was mid December and raining. It was a bit unique, but the seats were uncomfortable.

I wasn't a fan either, got Iron Wolf vibes from it. You shouldn't have to "ride" a coaster a certain way for it to be enjoyable. It's a one-and-done for me.

The whole "employee-owned" stuff sounds like you're looking a bit too deep into it's meaning, to be quite frank. I don't think Disney added that in because they're trying to "cosplay" as being one, but that it makes sense in context in-universe to Princess and The Frog. Tiana has always shown to be a caring person who's been shown to be charitable to her community (look at how she and her dad would feed her neighborhood with their cooking), so it would make sense that she'd want her business' income to go directly to the people who help her. Is it painfully ironic for Disney to use it in a ride? Absolutely. But there comes a point where you start to cherry-pick anything that'll give you a reason to be upset.

Thank you for saying it. No one else is talking about how it was a pandering response to the death of George Floyd and to get blm on Disneys side. When I saw that I was pissed

I don’t like the Toy Story coaster idea. I miss the onboard audio for California screamin, but it would be cool if Disney rethemed it back to a classic boardwalk and used the old screamin audio and repainted trains back to its original colors. And of course retrack the loop. However I would add one thing, California screamin during the fall months of late September early October could have fog effects through the scream tubes and they could have a Halloween rock song playing during those months for on board audio. So the pier could have temporary Halloween experiences. One time they wanted to make paradise pier into a villains land for Disney characters. Also I wish Disney could find a way to make the restraint just a little more free for the coaster. However that would scare most of the public away.

Love Holiday so much! Even if I think it should only be open during Christmas time because it’s upsetting you can’t ride the most classic spooky Disney ride during Halloween time (at Disneyland at least). I know that would mean there would be no Halloween overlays at Disneyland but in that case just bring Ghost Galaxy back or come up with something new. Still love the ride and I’m excited to see it again this year

"You can't put animatronics outside...cause rain". Now let's cut to Tokyo Disney's Fantasy Springs with not only a Rapunzel animatronic, but a Flynn Rider AND Maximus horse animatronic, ALL OUTSIDE!! In a country that has a major rainy season and even snow in the winter! Do better US Disney.

Terrible operations and still uncomfortable (I'm 6'3")...ugh....the airtime range is painful because if I set myself up to get airtime I get jolted so hard when it reaches its max and it sends me back down hard on my balls lol...oof The rattle doesn't help either. I haven't had a good ride on it since my first time last year.

I remember going to DCA around the time it first opened when I was a kid and I didn't really care for Paradise Pier upon its initial opening, but the transformation to the "new" Paradise Pier was great! I loved the Victorian aesthetics that were added and I felt like that era in the late 2000s and early 2010s was the peak of the land. California Screamin' was still there, I liked the change to Silly Symphonies Swings and I was pretty neutral to Goofy's Sky School but overall the land was pretty solid. I really hate the new Pixar Pier, it feels so disjointed and the theme is so forced. Incredicoaster was kinda nice when it first opened I guess but I really do miss California Screamin' too. It really feels like you're walking into a big marketing tool instead of a crafted land with purpose and attention to detail like any other classic Disney park land would have. This is a good video and I think you really hit the nail on the head with these observations!

Its good. Not great. The standing airtime is great but the layout doesn't benefit the ride style. The lack of theming seriously hinders it, just like Icebreaker and even Mako. Doesnt compare to Kraken, Mamta, Journey to Atlantis etc. The music and presentation is decent, though. Weird choice for the park, in my opinion.

I disagree on Ninja, while it doesnt have loops and hangtime really, I like it a lot because it is nice and calm, and goes fast, plus I do like the scenery cause you can see Tatsu and you go over Jet Stream and are also close to West Coast Racers, I think that it is in a nice location at the park, yea maybe more trees would make it even better, but I think that Ninja is underrated and is a nice ride that is enjoyable even if it doesn't have loops or hangtime like the other rides.

Personally I’ve never went to the Paradise Pier. But to be fair from all the videos I’ve saw the wider audience, locals and tourists didn’t like it a bit. The park was literally a random themed Californian carnival. It didn’t appeal globally. Also if it wasn’t for attractions like Toy Story Mania, this part of the park would cease to exist long ago. Or at least rethemed. So even though this Pixar transition was made probably because The Incredibles II was coming soon onto the theatres. It was necessary for a crowd and audience standpoint. I totally respect your opinion and liked the footage I could saw of the more « brownish » Pier. There is now new generations of people and fans who love this Part of the Park. This video isn’t biased it’s taking a shot at what Disney New Imageeniering is looking for the next few years (Avengers Campus just wtf happened Disney).
