Potential Land Expansions: 1. Second ride for Harry Potter and the Ministry of Magic 2. Luigi’s Mansion shooting ride for Super Nintendo World 3. Creature of the Black Lagoon boat ride for Dark Universe 4. Toothless flying simulator for How to Train Your Dragon 5. Another celestial themed land in the center of the park New lands I want: 1. Middle Earth (must get the HP treatment) 2. Classic land (ie. Ghostbusters, Jaws, Back to the Future, etc)

Dude what I want to see happen so bad is a Lord of the Rings or Hobbit themed Roller coaster. I imagine maybe a vekoma flying coaster themed to like Smaug or something, with launches and an intense layout like Velocicoaster. I think Epic’s roller coaster lineup is holding it back a little for me, and a flying coaster would be different enough from Stardust while fitting the theme perfectly and giving Epic another elite coaster. I’d also like to see a dark ride through the ancient dwarves mines, similar to what Studios did with Gringotts, and a full scale replica of Sauron’s tower as you enter the land. There is so much material that they could make this off of!

YES! Totally agree. The HTTYD idea I have been saying since the beginning. How can you have this land without a dragon flying simulator. It’s such a miss. I know there is an area in the back they are currently using for the drone landing pad that could be used. Fingers crossed. Great vid really can’t wait for more.

these are really fun ideas! I wish nintendo land had a few more nintendo ips - obviously LoZ is probably the big one folks might want, and might scratch some of the LotR itch, but im a kirby gal soooo my dream kirby land would be; 1. kirby's cafe-esque dining experience 2. kirby themed kid coaster 3. kirby meet n greets 4. planet popstar decor with cameo statues of some fan fave characters think of the merch sales universal!!!

A dragon flying simulator for Isle of Berk (similar to Flight of Passage) would be great. An F Zero high speed coaster And the Land of Hyrule with the Castle and town (similar to the Wizarding World) would be awesome! And yes, I agree with a Luigi’s Mansion shooting ride. Should be a mix of Men in Black with The Haunted Mansion.

I know it's rumored to go where Springfield is now, but I just really feel like Pokemon would be a better fit for Epic Universe. It has a number of space-time themes & multiverse plots that could tie it into Epic's overall story, they could easily add a Poke Ball to represent it on the Kronos tower, and the quote on the portal could be something like "I wanna be the very best, like no one ever was!"

I think the reason they'll more likely put it in Universal Studios is that with it, and the rumored Zelda land in IoA, they'd have a Nintendo ip in each of the three parks.

Am I the only one who doesn’t think flight of passage is a mind blowing attraction? Like I went on it twice and enjoyed it but i remember the graphics being quite blurry both times and it really took me out of the magic of the ride…also the breathing of the banshee felt so mechanical and reminded me that I’m on a machine and not a banshee so I honestly would’ve preferred the ride without it

It would be nice to see that and the Super Nintendo world of Hyrule which has a stack ability similar to Super Mario World. They could fit both IPs in the expansion pad next to DK, while Luigi's mansion could go in the expansion pad location on the other side of the Mario Cart Building behind the Celestial Park expansion pad.

Great video with some solid expansion plans. I don’t think that Nintendo land will get Luigi’s mansion as the park already has a whole land dedicated to spooky stuff. I’d see a captain toad or yoshi expansion as being more likely. I’d also prefer if LotR got its own land the size of 2 in a new park, that way it can take as much space as necessary without bumping into something.

This is just laughably bad. There’s an entire joke around people inserting giga coasters into every single area of a park that isn’t already occupied. What makes this suggestion worse is that it sounds like something Six Flags would do, have a big ass coaster with no relation to any IP and just slap “Harry Potter” on it and call it a day. At least with Hagrid’s, they created a coaster that actually made sense, but a giga coaster? I’m sorry bro, but you’re just taking shit with no relation to Harry Potter whatsoever and slapping the IP on it, rather than creating a coaster based on that IP from the get go.

I understand the dark view of Disney, it is sad how poorly it is managed. Universal is really doing a better job, overall, and getting better. Old innovations like bubble promotions, free express buses from the airport, free express lanes, just grab a ticket, free deliveries to your room, free magic moments, free magic bands....Disney is on a money grab at the cost of the Marks in the parks. Not even covering the DVC rip-out madness, it should be illegal, charging millions per room (52 x 30 k) and then charging increasing "maintenance fees" every year as long as you hold a week...I see why the secondhand market at less than half the cost is booming. I think when Disney's Villains Land shows up with an amazing jagged mountain range it's going to put Universal's Dark Universe back to second tier status in terms of "wow factor." I'd like to see Universal add a mountain range backdrop with Dracula's Castle. It can hide a show building for one or two attractions (e.g., Black Lagoon and Dracula in-the-dark coaster....Universal's take on Space Mountain...you know cause bats can fly in the dark!). For the big expansion pad I think Lord of the Rings (Euro medieval fantasy) is redundant with Isle of Berk and to some extent Harry Potter (i.e., wizards, magic). I'd like to see a new, ambitious version of Jurassic Park/World with trackless jeep ride (same Dynamics Attractions trackless dark ride vehicle Disney is likely using for Cars at MK). You would drive all around the island on different trails and get chased by dinosaurs, have to back up, turn around...super terrifying and exciting.

The expansion pad(s) for Dark Universe will effectively double the size of that Area so they have plenty of room to add multiple attractions.

As a current universal employee exec I can confirm we’re already ready to start building Luigi mini land. It’s the first expansion we will do. It will be the first new addition and we plan to start in late 2025!! 🎉

Disney doesn't have to prove anything...when the hype dies down in a couple of yrs, Disney will have Monsters Inc land, cars and Villains to open so it's a win win for everyone, no need to play one off against the other...

The HTTYD simulator is a terrible idea. Flight of Passage is a very mid ride and it’s literally all screens. HTTYD is most likely never getting an expansion. And to say all universal screen rides feel the same is actually insane too lmao they don’t. Even two rides that use the same system (transformers and spider man) feel like different rides and experiences. Like clearly one is better than the other.
