I’ve spending so much time “weekends” trying to figure out how to get the first shack foundation to set this in motion. I really want this in sanctuary but can’t seem to make it happen! 😩

Im going to try and make a castle and have seen many hours of documentaries about castles and cathedrals. This is a 10 out of 10 score, very very well done, it looks authentic and still original.❤

I use Abernathy for the same thing (also a razorgrain farm and huge food research building). Also an Aussie, so I imagine it's a bit of a duh for us, eh. ;) You did a better job, and I shall be shamelessly rebuilding using parts of your design. :D My only comment is I use the barn foundations instead of the warehouse ones because they look exactly the same, but only use concrete, whereas the warehouse ones also uses 2 steel per floor.

This build does not work anymore because you can't get rid of the trees on the Oasisaurus using ceiling pieces only foundations and pillars get rid of the trees. I've tried many times and the ceilings that you're using are not removing the trees like they do in your video.

Nice build. I just have to say that you skip around way too much. There shouldn't be cuts just keep going with it even if you have to move a rock or something. Hard to watch when its jumping around

Am I the only person who doesn't care about pretty..., I build purely for function and security, I fence off everywhere and leave a big gap for Brahmin/ traders etc.. but either side a wall of turrets, a corridor of death and river of blood...

looks amazing but the only problem is that the Brahmin wouldn't stay in separate enclosures. They would teleport everywhere, even on top of the roofs. I think it's better to make one big enclosure and put 2 or 3 feeding troughs, to keep them together. It's like I've built a fishing village and wanted every yard to have a dog house, but the dogs wouldn't stay separately and wanted to hang around all together near a single dog house.

@@Alx-SG wow, I never had that problem, once in a while one of the Brahmin would try and share one of the yards and glitch on the other side of the wall. But Brahmin spawning on the roof, that’s wild 🤣

Question: What do you do with the sh!t tons of water you'll generate? Do you have to schlep it across the map and sell it to vedors who only have like three hundred caps at a time?

@@williamallen7386 Yeh you use them as trade, there’s traders all over the map that hold upto 600-800 caps, there’s travelling traders that come to the sanctuary and various settlements that carry around 300-500 caps each and once you level high enough and get the right perks you can invest in traders to increase their cap capacity and assign traders at your own settlements that can hold upto 1000 caps, this is probably the fastest way to make caps properly imo.

@@cxdot thanks man, there’s no mods used, only free items from the creation club, I’m not too sure which one exactly but you can download them all and there perfectly safe to use unlike most mods.

@@Brandon860 so you’ll need to cycle through skin types once you have the skin equipped, on PlayStation it’s the square button I believe, X button for Xbox I assume and I have no idea what button if your on PC unfortunately.

cant place the seat or quarter ceilings under it at front, just says to far away from cart, one side went in then nothing, great cart shame the game just refuses to work properly, ( edit ) after moving the cart about for about 25 mins they finally decided to snap lol so if they wont go in for anyone else try moving about

@@troy4312 Yeh it’s Arks silly distance from the edge of the platform issues, if it’s giving you that error, generally means you have to move the original foundations a fraction in the opposite direction.

Pretty new to the settlement building and i need to know how you are getting so many resources! I keep running out!

@@xjoshwilliams95 I would recommend, getting resources the way it was intended, exploring looting and questing so you can buy shipments of materials in bulk, simply visiting and unlocking all of the settlements provides a huge amount of general materials in itself.. However the way I got materials for these videos specifically is by using duplication glitches or mods, such as the “99999 all materials shipment mod” really takes the fun out of the game tho.

a delight to build instead of destroying in FO4. But lets talk about Brahmen pathfinding... they dont want to go inside and down the ramp but rather run outside around and wait in front of the wall. Any suggestions?
