I just ordered one of these as well. They do run at least a size small. I wear a 2x and a 3X fits my head right but is still pretty tight along my jawline. It has molded recesses for speaker installation. HJC has their own communicators, but I did an aftermarket. Just pay attention to the speaker size because the first one I bought, the speakers were too big for the molded speaker recesses. My only real issue is that I ride in all weather and the slider for the tinted visor on top of the helmet let's moisture into the helmet.

i don't like chin curtains. I like having more air flow, and breathability. Sure it has a little more noise, but with a quiet enough helmet it shouldn't matter too much.
