Makes me think of the 80s when we had evry album of koinonia on the Lps which this generation dont know about the lps .

I remember the very first time I heard "The Hawk". He and Bill and Harlan were the core of a band out of Oklahoma, called Third Avenue Blues Band. They were playing in a bar in Fort Worth, Texas. As a drummer, I was of course blown away by Bill, tho watching Hadley really getting into his solo, he would stick his tongue out one side of his mouth, and just leave it hanging there until his juice was spent. Then I never saw it again. An unforgettable night for many reasons!
