We've gotten 2 seasons from a Cowhorn pepper. It produced well both years. To overwinter we put it in a 5 gal bucket and cut back most of t he foliage & left 1 or 2 nodes after the main stalk. We watered it sparingly.

I have watched many videos from many different KZbin channels. Here's what I have seen: 1) People from all over the country have sent supplies of every kind from very early on. 2) People from all over the country have delivered those supplies. 3) People from all over the country have volunteered their time, vehicles, trailers, 18-wheelers, heavy equipment, etc. 4) Those people have built and repaired many roads. 5) I didn't see FEMA, NCNG or military until somewhere around day 10. 6) I heard those entities were out possibly by day seven. 7) I watched a channel (Gentry & Sons Trucking, I believe) and heard people spreading the word that they had to stop the road construction until they went and applied and were given the okay from DOT. 8) I saw FEMA set up in a parking lot in a community (Glenn Beck channel) where the bulk of the people could not get out because there were no roads. FEMA (at that location) said they would not be going door to door. 9) The American people rescued people, cut the trees that had fallen, fed people etc. etc. 10) And the American people are still sending help and supplies. 11) I have never seen such an outpouring of love and compassion. 12) What I haven't seen is FEMA or any other agency asking people at our southern border to fill out applications for the thousands of dollars being given to them. 13) This has renewed/and confirmed my faith in the people and confirmed my beliefs/distrust in our government. 14) Had it not been for the KZbinrs and other social media covering this disaster, there would not have been this tremendous response because the mainstream coverage was slim. 15) God bless the people and this country.

Nailed it ! The crooked creek community and local church took care of each other . Old Fort’s rural area received No help what so ever . Volunteer were amazing from all over . We didn’t get any power trucks in are are until day 10 and it was only 2 trucks . Roy took care of Ashville and gave them all the media attention. Thanks for using your platform to let people really know what’s going on in WNC . Love you guys glad your safe hope to see you soon .The roads are completely wash out and down to a single fresh graded dirt road to get up to you .

Hi Richard! When we got comms back and found out you were all OK we were so relieved. We are thrilled everyone is OK there. People are truly showing us what Christ meant by be my hands and feet. It had been a blessing to see. It is amazing how many people still believe the media and not the people on the ground. It is unfortunate. We never said they were not in other areas, we know they are in Asheville, but we don’t see them here nor do other agencies here on the ground. I live outside Asheville. No. They abandoned a lot of people to die in WNC. Consider all the civilian helicopter rescues Americans have seen on social media. Those were American citizens our government decided to let die. Nor is the federal government reimbursing owners for fuel they bought at thousands of dollars per day to do the government's job.

There are conditions to the money.i been threw hurricaine in Florida many . They help with food water emergency money for housing . Food replacement when you lose lights . They give me you tarps tents ect. They do help a lot .

How about water food and supplies before ten days after the storm. You know basic stuff like that. And by the way, the 750, is not free money, as stated it can be a loan. It is an insult with all the money they're sending overseas or to people that are not citizens. Mayorkas even said they are out of money! Thanks to the economy, the $750 won't go very far. How about putting American families first! How about not spreading lies and doing photo ops. How about not restricting air spaces so civilian pilots can get in and help….this has been a disaster on so many levels. I pray you are never in this situation. Trust the people on the ground, not the people that deceive for a living.

Also the insurance companies do very little for you. I hear only around 1% will get their home coverage. They saying it’s flood for landslides and everything and not paying from what I’m hearing here in WNC. Nobody had flood insurance who didn’t absolutely need it.

I have watched over 100 videos. Of volunteers and flood victims. Why would people assume that just because someone shares their experience, that it’s automatically wrong as soon as you don’t agree with their viewpoint? If they haven’t seen FEMA then they haven’t- some have seen FEMA. People should be ashamed of themselves for gaslighting the flood victims- they have been through a traumatic event!! They will spend the next few years rebuilding their lives. Unless you have boots on the ground, you should keep your mouths shut! I just don’t understand the need for those to use this terribly devastating situation to push a political agenda. The government hasn’t shown up, correct but it wouldn’t have shown up in the red states either. It’s not on one side it’s not just one group of people who are voting for these and creating these problems. I hate that it has to be so politicized! Since you went there, the fed gov is sending your local gov money and is even paying sone locals for their work with storm recovery and clean up. No one would ever admit it though. I am packing boxes of blankets and pillows, coats, socks, underwear, baby wipes, brush, toothbrush toothpaste, body powder, a little stuffed animal or Beenie baby to send to y’all from afar. Federal government approves emergency funds. It is up to your state's government to designate and organize the response. The $750 was only for immediate relief for folks since no banks open, no atms, no cash registers working. You would never have to repay that. Priority #1 was rescuing people that were trapped and body recovery. Many good Samaritan groups came on their own accord. But many were summoned by the state's government. FEMA left temporarily because of threats by a certain armed gunman. They are returning. I don't blame them. This tragedy has turned into a blame game fueled by orange head and his MAGA cult. Shame on all of you. You can respond in comment but I don't give a rat's behind. I'll be busy early voting for KAMALA. 🥰💙💙💙💙💙💙
