Did the katwalk update change anything? I'm having trouble getting the katwalk to work after the software update. Possibly user error...

How do I play the games that come from supposedly built in I downloaded that app and if just sends me to the web page but not sure how to play it. I also cleaned off my sensors and it shows green on the main page of the katvr app but every time I launch it it wants me to plug the directional sensors into the USB hub which I've tried to do on the hub connected to base plate and to my PC USB slots neither give me check mark but somehow still works but when I'm walking the direction is definitely off

Thank You so much. I have ONE game I really wanted to get to work with locomotion. I have checked everything you suggested. I have the KWC2+ I have a Valve Index. Im trying to get the Loco Motion to work with Robo Recall using Revive. AND.. more important. YES .. before you ask.. I tried 2 locomotion mods. one called smooth locomotion , and the other is just locomotion.

For me it's because I set my cpu core to the lowest when I try to play prototype 2 which i miserabley failed, now I set my core back to maxium which is 12,and it works. For anyone wondering there's KZbin tutorial on how to set cpu cores

Hello, i have a problem with my c2+ setup with Steam index, i doesent seem to get it to work at all, all sensores are paired and they all seem to work but i cant do 1 step ingame, The kat VR service team was really helpfull(sarcasm) and linked me to your video that i found already before, gateway tells me that i dont have a controller pluged in, and the service team told me that is simply a bug, i did everything you did in the video, i set the walk action to joy stick i increased the acceleration curve, all sensores are on and charged , ingame settings are set as they should be, the foot sensores are working as indicated on gateway main window, Headset/Body direction works left/right foot works, green dots across the board,im at a loss, if i try to get the KATVR support i will be either linked to the user manual or to your video again... any ideas? Great video to many people that had the issues that you explained. great work!

Hey so if anybody is using a Mac, it looks like Macs running version 12 or later will just not connect to a Wiimote.

Game worked for over a year I play every week today I played earlier, now I tried to enter it gave me this problem.

I was ready to give up until I read @carterwachtel7625 below. He skipped the step of saying go to Actions at the top, once you've opened up your Device Manager.Then select Devices and Printers, then select Add A Device (top of page). This worked! Although this tutorial was not my problem, it still fully worked. TIPPS FOR EVERYONE: official nintendo controllers will 99.99% work all of the time, all of my custom controllers that are not from nintendo like never work. in dolphin, use continuous scanning.

I don't know what step it was (my guess was the game setting import and profile making) that fixed my C2 Core, but thank you for this video, now I have to get used to walking in it.

4 years later (July 2024) and this is still a bug for PC / Game Pass 😭 but man thanks so much because this trick does the job!!
