OBSERVE WITHOUT IDENTIFICATION. Observe sensations (such as touch, taste, sight, etc.) without allowing thought to interfere by identifying with them. Sensations are natural and necessary, but when thought claims them, the ego begins to form. Identifying with sensations, objects, ideas, or experiences is the process through which thought constructs the "center" or ego. Thought seeks identification because it is in constant flux and craves security. By labeling experiences, desires, and possessions as mine, thought creates a psychological structure rooted in attachment and resistance.

There's no point in talking about what's so called Enlightenment. There's no one to be become better or Enlightened. Every attempt you do to understand you go further away from it. Only when you stop searching it become apparent, to no body. You're already it.

When they open their eyes, I would not only observe the world through my eyes but also through theirs. If they were hurt, I, too, would feel the pain. In this case, _we would all be part of a Borg collective._ --- *REACTION TO THE CONTENT OF THIS VIDEO* J. Krishnamurti consistently conveys the same message: we all hold a mental picture of the world shaped by education and personal experience. For example, a Christian perceives Islamists, Hindus, and Communists through a particular lens, while an Islamist views Christians, Communists, and Democrats differently. These mental worldviews differ, yet each person designates their own as the most important and the only truly moral perspective. Conflicts arise because people view others who don't share their perspective as wrong, unintelligent, or even immoral. This, according to Krishnamurti, is how thought and thinking lead to conflict. However, I believe this explanation is too simplistic. While it may resonate, it cannot bring about world peace, even if fully understood. Moreover, it lacks the power to ignite Enlightenment, though an enlightened mind might perceive all thought as a singular movement. **The deeper issue lies in our relationship to truth.** Krishnamurti failed to recognize that the real source of conflict is not thought itself but the elevation of specific thoughts or teachings to the status of _absolute truth._ When people hold conflicting absolutes as “the truth,” it creates war, terrorism, hatred, and anxiety. For example, differing views on the nature of fire-whether it’s a substance or a by-product of a chemical process-don’t inherently cause conflict. Conflict arises only when survival or identity hinges on one perspective being _the truth._ Thus, the root of conflict is not thought as such, but the rigid adherence to certain thoughts as _the only truth!_

If thought = time, then what’s my relationship with another? All time (past,present,future) is contained in the Now. So if I am living mostly in memory, then my future relationships with others will be influenced by my thoughts. (Future as projected by thoughts).

Another way to say this is, time is thought process of conflict or the time to process is thought. Once conflict is processed and resolved time, space & distance isn't relevant. Love is a non matter until the mind says it matters in where love is not yet there's still is love only to that state of mind it's not available

After listened jk talked about education one is aware of fragmented way of education which is not whole. So the education should includes the humen psychological framentary livings about the self which is selfish and self centered living and which is conflict and division and human suffering s and misery. I’m 30 minutes in and what has revealed itself is that, before one gets into any discussion with anyone about anything, that one must first figure why the question is even being asked and to understand the question deeply. What’s happening now is that we give surface level answers to questions because they feel too big or we do not deeply care about them, as a result of feeling removed from them. The quick answers that have not been well thought out are of a closed heart, a closed mind, and seeking a false security to the insecurity that naturally exists when one is disconnected from life, trapped in a self-centered, psychological “I”.
