Yayy I know this video is already old but its SO good. I am continuosly training now for some weeks and already feel the results especially in the leg lifts and also in the pole crunches! I can now do them without putting my feet to the ground in between which felt impossible some weeks ago! Thank you girls!

What variation do you recommend if either of those variations of V sit-ups is too difficult to perform. My abs are a mass of untoned flubber and these were too hard for me no matter how hard I tried. What are good exercises to build up to those?

I can't even bend over while keeping my legs straight. 😂 So this whole thing aint quite viable yet. 🤷 Maybe one day.

Most of these were too hard for me to do but it was something for me to build up to. I did variations on most of the exercises and still benefited greatly!

What conditioning exercises can I do for this trick? I can’t hold the top hand for long and I think it is easy to get hurt to my shoulder.
