just listened to this one yesterday, a version for organ and flute - magnificent! just not quite realize why is it latina.. to me latina is automatically bossa nova (or calypso to the least) probably there are other kinds of latina music, someone mentioned Venezuela in comments...

Wo stehen denn die Mikrofone? Direkt in der Orgel? Ist ja furchtbar. Ich möchte die Orgel aus Zuhörerposition hören,also mit Raum, wofür sie ja auch intoniert wird, nicht aus Position des Stimmers.
