This was one of the first times Reid actually felt human to me. Don't get me wrong, he was endearing and lovable since day 1, but I've longed to see him truly righteously angry by someone's actions. Matthew Gray Gubler's acting as Spencer Reid was IMPECCABLE.

I love this episode, and it’s a rare episode where I feel so sympathetic for the unsub. She doesn’t understand what she did, she didn’t want to hurt anyone. She went through so much, she absolutely deserves every bit of the compassion Reid gives her.

I loved this episode to. But i think she did understand what she did was wrong, she just didn't know of any other way to fill the gap left by the absense of the dolls. She couldn't help herself. I also believe that DR. Reid should destroy her father using the full power of the FBI! And that courts should have the power of forcing surgical castration on convicted child predators!

Season 5 Reid is one of my favorite versions of him. From the hair, to his confidence, and strength. We really see how much he’s grown from the beginning of the series.

Who else is watching this scene in 2023 because I am and I just realize how sad that girls life was. She didn’t want to hurt her victims. She just wanted them to be her friends like the dolls. It’s so sad.
