hello I have a question. I have been using multiple exchanges 2 are registered in India and 2 in germany. Now how would I calculate tax as I have invested into indian exchange from earnings in Germany and can I consider them all-together and file tax here in germany. My apologies, this is part of a larger video where I talk about all the visa options to Germany. Regarding your question on How to apply for PR, you have to apply it in your local Ausländerbehörde. The documents required are usually dependent on your "Kreis" . Most require your rentenversicherungsverlauf , 3 current salary slips, German language Certificate (A1 or B1 ) depending on whether you are applying for early PR or not , Arbeitgeberbescheinigung, wohnungsbesichtigung and Einburgerungstest.

There is no need to be outside the probation period. As long as your employer provides you with the Arbeitgeberbescheinigung everything should be ok.

Thank you for all the value you provide to us for free! i have a doubt regarding Chancekarte. I've searched for quite sometime through social media to find people who got chancekarte but no luck. so i don't know how easy or hard it is to get it compared to students visa, Provided i have the means of blocked account and an H+ university degree in engineering . I was trying for a masters degree admission but unfortunately i was a bit late for this intake and couldn't find an admit . so i was thinking about taking the chancekarte to come to Germany and do part time jobs while i prep and apply for the next intake ( instead of trying to get a job in India and leaving it in less than 6 months) . Is that possible ? will they allow me to convert my job seeker visa to students visa while being in germany ? and would that be abusing the opportunity by any means ? I don't want this to negatively affect my chance of getting a students visa.

Unfortunately this visa cannot be converted into a Student visa. If you never intend to apply for a job in the field while being in Germany on this visa, I do not think it would be illegal or would even hurt your chances of Getting a student visa later on. But I think it would not be Ethical in my opinion, as you would be taking opportunity away from someone who actually wants this visa.

The fastest way is to directly call them and ask if the letter is even true and not some sort of Scam. If its true, they would guide you in how to claim this amount.

Question, I did a masters from Oct 2021 to March 2024, I had 2 mini jobs at my university (earning less than 200€-month) and 1 workstudent job the last year of studies (making ~1000€ - month) and in May 2024 I started working full time in my company. For my student years, should I claim year by year? I tried to do it in Wundertax and there is no option to claim all the student time at once. I studied in Baden Württemberg so I had to pay the €1500+ fees a semester. Thanks again!!

Glad you liked the video. Yes you have to file a tax return for every year Individually. Here I would recommend following this video for each year (kzbin.info/www/bejne/gpDblHeeZ5aZfZI), without submitting the tax return, check if the estimated return is good or not. If its good, then use wundertax. If not then follow this (kzbin.info/www/bejne/roDSonifZq6nhrM) and file for that year for free using Elster. If you are comfortable with Elster then you should use it for all your Tax Filings, but honestly speaking I still haven't gotten used to Elster yet.

Unfortunately I am not aware of the German Embassy Visa portals. One thing I know for sure is that you definitely DO NOT need a consultat to apply. You can do it on your own but whther appointments are available or not , I do not know.

My spouse isnt working yet and even when she starts working, she will not invest in ETfs or Stocks, I will continue to manage these investments only from my scalable capital account. Therefore, can I put the “Tax exemption” limit as 2000€ or it should be 1000€ only? Please advise.

Yes you are correct you need to find a job related to your field. But having a mechanical engineering degree means you have a lot of opportunities. Some people just get a full time odd job and for them its not possible to renew the visa based on that job
