Brilliant! Listened the car initially and then watched, so good to have the opportunity to do both. I would love to see how you get focaccia out of it baking tray. Mine sticks no matter how much oil I use!

My loaf pan (6cm tall) is shorter than your Pullman pan so I am thinking that I will have to divide the dough between 2 of my loaf pans for the custard fruit bread.
@foodbodpod5 ай бұрын
if it’s still a full size loaf pan you should be fine just to use one.

I watched the whole video it was so helpful! But where are the recipes? I can’t see them and I also couldn’t see the brand of the oil/dressing used in the focaccia? Thank you! Can’t wait to try it

hi, thank you so much, the recipes are all on the website: foodbodpod.com/ the dressing was Reeds Italian dressing. Have fun with it!

Hi, is the powder just birds custard powder or a ready mixed powder that you would just add water? The custard powder I use you have to add milk and sugar to make it into custard. 😊
@foodbodpod5 ай бұрын
hi, yes, it’s just a custard mix, I used a Tesco one, and I added it to the dough, I didn’t make it up first.

Watching with interest as I’ve yet to make focaccia. I would be interested to know what the dressing is that you added or what the ingredients are. Some dressings have acid in them and I wondered if that was ok? ❤

thank you 🙏🏻☺️☺️ I think the dressing was Reeds, you should be able to see it on the video?

Since I received your “Sourdough Whisperer” book last week, I produced my best EB Master Recipe loaf to date. I wish I had found you sooner, and could have avoided a lot of wild variations and confusing advice. Anyway, loved this short podcast, and hoping to improve my sd game with more practice. Thank you for all the joy you bring to my baking journey!

What fun! I think the oranges will be on my Christmas menu this year. Irish coffee if a family favourite - tricky to make for a dozen adults at once! We were in Bushmills August 23, both myself and my husband have Irish heritage so loved the accents. Also loved David's cream moustache!
