Brilliant! Listened the car initially and then watched, so good to have the opportunity to do both. I would love to see how you get focaccia out of it baking tray. Mine sticks no matter how much oil I use!

I watched the whole video it was so helpful! But where are the recipes? I can’t see them and I also couldn’t see the brand of the oil/dressing used in the focaccia? Thank you! Can’t wait to try it

I looked for the dressing and I didn’t find it in the UK. I will try the recipe with another one that has similar ingredients

Watching with interest as I’ve yet to make focaccia. I would be interested to know what the dressing is that you added or what the ingredients are. Some dressings have acid in them and I wondered if that was ok? ❤

My loaf pan (6cm tall) is shorter than your Pullman pan so I am thinking that I will have to divide the dough between 2 of my loaf pans for the custard fruit bread.

if it’s still a full size loaf pan you should be fine just to use one.

Hi, is the powder just birds custard powder or a ready mixed powder that you would just add water? The custard powder I use you have to add milk and sugar to make it into custard. 😊

hi, yes, it’s just a custard mix, I used a Tesco one, and I added it to the dough, I didn’t make it up first.
