I have the same model purchased and coming at some point in the near future, although sadly not in time for Christmas. The white flashing when using the old palette is a real shame, as I want to use that on all the old Game Boy games. :-o

Hi. Yeah I just did today. Their customer service is fantastic. They asked the engineers and it will be addressed in the next update or very soon. They listen to their customers ❤️😃👍

I just bought one myself. There is a firmware update for it. You install the firmware updater on your PC and use a USB-C cable. I haven’t done it with mine yet. This is a very nice system.

Interesting about the white flash after color filter change. I'll look up the modretro subreddit and see if it's been mentioned. The CEO has been responding to questions, so it may have come up.
