I just bought one myself. There is a firmware update for it. You install the firmware updater on your PC and use a USB-C cable. I haven’t done it with mine yet. This is a very nice system.

I have the same model purchased and coming at some point in the near future, although sadly not in time for Christmas. The white flashing when using the old palette is a real shame, as I want to use that on all the old Game Boy games. :-o

Hi. Yeah I just did today. Their customer service is fantastic. They asked the engineers and it will be addressed in the next update or very soon. They listen to their customers ❤️😃👍

No, not that I have found but I've only used it for about half an hour max at a time so far.
