I'm seriously considering this mattress. My major concern is the tufting. I worry that the tuft buttons may irritate me in some way, as well as the depressions caused by the tufts. Am I over thinking it, is this ever an issue with tufted mattresses? I am 5' 8" and weigh 180. I have back/neck issues. I sleep mostly on my back but will sleep on my side fairly often as well.

Fyi, not every Costco will schedule and cover a pick-up. Elk Grove Costco in California just told me that I have to bring the mattress in by myself, then the manager will check. If there are stains or tears, they won't accept.

My wife and I purchased one about a month ago. I am heavier at about 210 lbs and strictly a side sleeper and she's mostly back along with some side. So far, we both love it. I have had sore hips on other mattresses and other than the first night, no pain!
