There is change for the worst and change for the better. Never oppose change but never swallow it without objectively assessing it first. The problem is companies are rushing to do one or the other ideoloically and not empirically

So glad you found value in it! If you liked this one then you should also check out the episode just before this called "LGBTQ+ Marketing: Do The WeRQ." There is a lot of data information and overlap in regard to content topic :)

Queer is not a sex. It's only in your mind.

I’ve been the one making the decisions. The way not to have to try to rationalize that being laid off is all about the economy and not at all about your performance at that company is to be one of those whose contributions are such that the company can’t get along without you. If you weren’t that indispensable person at a company which has laid you off, you should be thankful to the people who identified that (hopefully before you wasted too much time in a job for which you weren’t well suited) and gave you the opportunity to move on and find a position where you will be inspired to contribute in that way. That won’t necessarily be a job that you love, but will be a job where you feel your contributions matter, and where you feel as if everything which needs to happen depends on you, because in a real sense it does.

Yea it kinda does it means the company can run without you . your value is clearly low to them

51% why? You can't ignore merit
@CalanBreckon6 ай бұрын
There is no such thing as merit when it comes to being LGBTQ. Either you are LGBTQ or you're not. And if you want this specific certification, then you need to have your company be owned and operated by 51% or more from someone who is LGBTQ+

And it should be 0%.. you shouldnt get money because of your sexual prefrences wtf kind of logic is this? Im gay, pay me.
@ShaunCarn7 ай бұрын
What the hell kind of backwards ass association is that? I have no idea what it even means? Is it criticism of the state of investments not going to LGBTQ or is it a statement of "they are só few it doesn't matter" so odd

Not only can it make your stuff too niche, it lowkey turns me off when a business puts their identity forward more than their product. In fact, I tend to not buy products that have those little labels like WOMAN OWNED because it feels like the company is trying to manipulate me into buying their product on the grounds of who they are and not because of the quality of the product. "It might not be the best soap, and it might be more expensive, but hey, you're supporting a black owned business so buy our stuff and stick it to Whitey!"
@Blazin.7 ай бұрын
Your personal life should have no weight when you provide a quality product or service. If you blindly test products from straight and queer brands the results will show that the better quality will prevail regardless of sexuality.

The word queen" just means different or odd. People should just be who they are without forcing others to accept their lifestyle. For example, there is approximately 30,000,000 people in the US are homosexual. Such a number says it should be considered normal! However, there are 60,000,000 people who are autistic. They are not considered normal. You figure it out!.

idk i’d say that’s false, regardless if you have a bad mic or camera, if your personality is boring and you talk about things that no one is interested in, things are bound to flop.
@CalanBreckon8 ай бұрын
That's true. But a decent mic and camera will for sure help. They don't need to be the best, but if your stuff sounds and looks good then it's more appealing to people usually.
