Since following the good Dr. B. on YT, I have solved many of my physical problems from constant post nasal drip (10 years) and Sciatica in my left hip (20 years). Losing weight and eating appropriately for my age. Exercising problem areas helped a lot. I'm in better shape than when I retired about 10 years ago. Lost more weight, slowly and safely. Thanks for the good information, Doctor. If he recommends this book, it must be good, I think.

Hi To everyone here, As someone who had everyone of these symptoms so so debilitating and to be told it was all in my head made me feel absolutely exhausted and at times totally worthless, being on so many medications, some that were one of the most potent antidepressants {That long ago now have forgotten the name} but was also put onto Diazepam Gabertin and many more, I eventually was after being told for years it was not real, well if not real why am i being drugged....I was finally diagnosed with Fibromyalgia CFS osteoarthritis etc etc Even clothes made me feel as if my body was on 🔥 fire...Just a slight touch of the skin made me have so much pain... Well now I have reversed every illness, I run around i can keep up with the best and younger ones than myself... So although my skin on my arms and neck sadly are not in great condition {I sadly had collagen missing but regrew my cartilage in my knees so no operations} but it left my skin looking 20/30 years older ...but I have my health And energy. Taking in daily my breakfast every day which consists of 83 mineral vitamins probiotic prebiotic and fibre I take evening primrose oil and fish oil every day.. Vitamin D K Vitamin C at least 2,000mgs Also MSM plus I cook and eat 95% Organic I make Bone Broth since 2015/2016 and I eat no gluten However i use an App on my fone called YUKA These guys have worked so hard to check so many foods It tells me what additives and if they are carcinogenic it tells me how much salt sugar ... But because i don't eat gluten...I no longer purchase Gluten free pastas etc as they have Carcinogenic additives... So I dont often eat bread, if so is made with oats buckwheat flour.. Look forward to when the prophet Isaiah 33:24 And No resident will say I am Sick We were not created to be sick, God created humans to live forever on Paradise Earth.. Soon it will be this way again. Thankfully Having Faith In God's promises keeps me happy inside out. Oh and I take no medication since 2015 only food and my extra minerals vitamins etc. Thanks to Dr John Bergman and Dr Josh Axe for his Bone Broth recipes...I make my own recipe...but best way to regrow cartilage.
