Dr Bergman thank you for this. I have indoor and outdoor allergies. I had the cold a month ago and still today I've been coughing. I've been getting cough attacks that starts with a tickling in my throat which last for 5mins. I cough so much until I gag and sometimes vomit. I've tried home remedies but nothing works. I had a thyroidectomy over 15yrs ago due to my biopsy came back as "suspicious for cancer". Whatever that means. I did make an appt to see my pcp because of concern. Please...I am interested to hear your thoughts on how can I stop this annoying and frustrating situation❤

I live in an older house, I'm.the countryside. It is a poorly built house and made out of recycled materials. Many generations of mice have lived in the walls. Rat infestation has happened, plus squirrels and once a raccoon. Since I came here, I found out I am now allergic to DEAD mice! Also bird lice. But the mouse thing? I start retching whenever my nose detects the scent! I do not have to see or recognize the smell by brain. The retching is severe and won't stop! The Offending body has to be removed from near me and it still continues for HOURS! I just can't stop! Very wild! My nose says IT is allergic to it! And signals stomach to vacate. I actually keep an air unit going even in winter, 24/7 , in my bedroom. It does not meet a Dr definition of Allergy. But man! When it hits? I would give anything TO stop the retching!!! 😂

I have over a seven page list of things im allergic to! From plants to foods. Im in a state right now that I can't eat anything without getting some kind of reaction. Idk what to do or where to turn. I dont want to take antihistamine forever or montelukast. What can I do to change my life for the better?! I try not to stress, but I feel like im in a constant state of fear and stress. 😭 Thank you for making a video on this.

I am grateful for you Dr B. I have done extensive research on type 4 hypersensitivity. I have posted before that metal in a crown caused type 4 hypersensitivity which led to the toxins draining to my right breast causing cancer. I had 2 operations, last one was last year. I paid my last penny to have a melisa test...proving toxicity and allergy to Nickel. ( N.B. skin on the outside of your body is different to inside your body) This post from you today is serendipitous Dr B because I have been diagnosed again with breast cancer on 16th Sept. Here is the thing....I reluctantly had a mammogram which showed 7 metal clips, which will contain nickel in my breast. It was agreed before any ops last years that no metal was to be left in me. After my first operation 2wks after ( delayed reaction type 4) I was unable to walk. I now know why the 7 clips. So I truly hope that part 2 is going to delve into type 4. I would love to share my research with you Dr B I want the world to know. ❤

Dr. Bergman, I believe I have histamine intolerance. About 7 months ago I started having very itchy skin on my calves after eating certain foods I have always eaten, slight headache, and brain fog. Around the same time I was gifted some raw milk and was also consuming buttermilk and eating more pork than usual. I have been making organic sourdough bread, kombucha and sauerkraut for about 3 yrs. I can still eat my sourdough bread without a problem, but if you have any tips on how to improve my gut bacteria and how to beat this issue it would be greatly appreciated. What else can I do for environmental allergies specificly. I cannot move. I no longer use allopathic drugs, diet is diverse and not from a bag or box qnd i take supplemnts to replace some of the rx's. I use local raw honey from a neatby farm and quercitin for allergies but they aren't effective against the indoor environment I live in...

im 25 years old and I am dealing with fatigue but I do everything right. I did some testing and it showed my liver is inflamed, my kidney has a cyst on it and I have a lesion on my spleen. Its weird because I eat mostly organic, I dont take any drugs and I live a healthy lifestyle. What am I missing here?

When it comes to my sister, the irony is that she would have issues with smells.... But one day I smelled this strong crap in her house that she didn't notice. She apparently is sensitive but cleaning chemicals like that crap didn't bother her. So I'm thinking there's a psychosomatic component. Same with "Wi-Fi allergy"where a woman came into the coffee shop screaming issues as soon as she saw the Wi-Fi password sign. What's funny is that the Wi-Fi was not on for a week as they were waiting for a replacement router, 😂

@@skynet4496 thank you for sharing your personal experience. There is a psychoneuroimmune theory which may be plausible. With MCSS, the reaction to chemicals is not to all smells/chemicals but is to specific chemicals, unique to each person with MCSS. These chemicals can be identified by specially trained medical providers who are educated enough to do blood or patch testing including dermatologists, immunologists, and environmental medicine specialists. A response to poison ivy is the same type of Type IV response as those with MCSS have to a list of chemicals. Unfortunately, a lot of people and providers are not educated on conditions like MCS or EMF resulting in little support and understanding from their family, friends, and providers. I look forward to Dr. Bergman's response as these conditions are very real. I hope you continue to learn more about these conditions too.
