Very good video. Good spoken language, very understandable... (in other words - you are not a cockney. 😉). Good visuals. I have always liked the Advent Season. To me,,, Advent is very important and it leads us to the commemoration of the birth of The Messiah in a stable in Bethlehem of Judea. I like the Advent hymns and the scripture readings. It makes Christmas Eve and Christmas Day even better.

The reason why Jesus wept was because after three days of Lazarus death. He was already in Paradise rejoicing having fun and God had to call him back to this sinful painful world made Him wept because he loved Lazarus so much.

It's interesting that the most miraculous thing Christ did, came from the most human emotion. One could argue that Jesus felt a form of guilt, because He was moved deeply after He was told it wouldn't have happened if He was there. This might have been the most human experience Christ ever had, yet He took that broken spirit He felt and raised the dead back to life.

4:04 the Lord is in control. sometimes it feels a bit off. if He is in control then why give us the consciousness or the right to choose and also I have seen people offering their firstborn to God that he will be a missionary or a pastor or something like that, God has given them the right to decide their future so why decide the fate of others when they are born.

Excellent interview from 2 dear souls, I can identify with so much of what was said here. As another stoical Brit, I can also say that the series that I've seen so far has been a major contribution to my falling in love with the Son of God all over again. I want to be near Him so very much. I have always identified with that leper ( I don't have leprosy, incidentally ) who pleads with all his broken heart "Lord, if you re willing, you can make me clean". The Lord's response is wonderfully healing to the soul and it was beautifully handled in this show - it was the first thing I saw from it by the way and I've been fairly well hooked ever since.
