Instead of spending millions on prisons, why not invest in supporting young families in their homes. Poor parenting skills & circumstances almost guarantee that the children won't thrive & lead good lives. It's so obvious.

It’s mad that a lot of people think that prison is easier than life outside. They have to be homeless a lot of the time and have no money but yet we allow thousands of immigrants into this country and give them everything. The system in this country is wrong!!

Im on involved in prison ministry so I watch these vids to develop understanding and compassion. This video is so enlightening. The gentleman saying he's sober got a bed food etc. Really hit me. This never occurred to me of being a reason for prison. It's heart breaking. I pray that God heals these men and leads them to a wonderful life like He's doing for me.❤

"Officers are not allowed to search Jade for ligatures..." Umm... why? If the girl habitually chokes herself, why on earth wouldn't she be searched?

Prisons are a joke nowadays in the uk.their supposed to be a place of punishment to teach discipline and stop prisoners committing more crime,all they seem to be doing now is giving people incentive to go back there. Joke

I know of people who get let out with no where to live. Even someone who was released with 40.00 on Christmas eve. And people wonder why they end up back to square one. Also having no fixed add makes it difficult to immediately get benefits housing etc. Its a vicious cycle.

What's surprising is the difference between the UK, N AMERICA, is the length of the sentence, in the UK a shoplifting charge is only 30-60days, in America it's 6-9 months, in America it's usually about 3times then , American Judges Want to make an example out of everyone

Jade, Craig, Crystal...and the myriad rest of the same...YOU have to WANT to CHANGE! No power in this world will make you better until YOU want to be BETTER! All this playing out and such bollocks, do you play out when you are stood in front of your dealer? Exactly....do the maths, currently, you are nothing more than a parasite to everyone that loves you and to those that want to help you. Worse still, you hurt those that love u the most with your repeated "I will get better this time". How many times do you think u can cry wolf? How many times do you think all this before they dump you? And when that happens, you will tell the world as you have on this documentary, that you are misunderstood and that they were never there for you. Sod off and get a proper life.
@nicolelillis2077Ай бұрын
Very true and I couldn't agree more.! It's outrageous they've been given endless chances. Yet, these oxygen thieves don't want to change or attend rehab. They'll never get off the gear and prefer to commit crimes. They also have it far too easy in these so-called prisons. These ungrateful, self-pitying creatures get their every whim catered to. They keep returning, because they're being enabled - not rehabilitated. Jade's only achievement is 'applying' her ligature, but one day no-one will be around to help. I felt really sorry for her sweet little dog, it deserves so much better...

The thing about life in prison is you don't have too worry about were your next meal comeing from because in prison you get dinner lunch and breakfast inside that you don't have too pay for and you get a tv in your cell and a kettle too make coffee and tea and you get giveing your medication and you can vape so you still in a way smoking getting let out to go out for exercise in the morning so when you think about it prison really is that hard going
@PhillPlaisted-w3d2 ай бұрын
