Hi Yarely, I live in South Africa. The sun is always shining here and there is always the risk of developing skin cancer if you have a light skin. I developed a growth on the lower eye lid of my right eye. I do not know if it is cancer or just a benign growth but I went on a high nutrition diet for about two months and the growth have shrunk noticeably. I would like to share the diet with you. The soup Ingredients: - two handfuls of Chopped broccoli, one chopped onion (purple), two bags of green tea, two pinches of mixed herbs, two sticks of cut celery, Two handfuls of frozen and crushed spinach or kale, half a table spoon of crushed garlic, Three shakes of black pepper, seven shakes of turmeric, two tablespoons full of apple cider vinegar (with the mother), one bag of white onion powder soup for flavour, a hand full of cooked red speckled beans and a handful of cooked mince meat. Just add all the ingredients in a pot, add boiling water and switch the stove on high till the water boils. Then lower the heat until the water simmer, Let the soup simmer for an hour. The soup is now ready. I would only drink water in the morning. At 12h00 I would start eating the soup. There will be about two helpings that you can eat in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. I also ate a fruit salad every day in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. (Note: Apparently turmeric reduces the effect of some chemotherapy drugs and thus should not be taken during chemotherapy.) During the rest of the week I would also eat food that contains vitamin D like avocado’s, mushrooms, liver and eggs in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. It seems to be working for me, maybe it will also work for you. I pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ that you will stay cancer free. Amen. Your on the right path beautiful put it all in God's hands my daughter was dx with Ganglionueroblastoma on christmas eve at 19 months old given a 25% chance if survival I prayed for God to give the dr the skills needed to guide them in saving my daughter's live and truth be told the scans they took the morning before her surgery didn't give us much hope but the morning of her surgery when they opened her up did not match up to what they saw the morning before the surgery they checked to see if they had the right scans or wrong patient when the surgeon came out to speak to us they said in all the years of practice they never experienced this the cancer was not as advanced as they thought went as fast as to say who ever you prayed to they answered your prayers it was a miracle my daughter just turned 18 yrs old this June thank you Jesus I give it all to the good lord and the skilled Dr's nurses everyone employed at City of Hope who became my family my rock in my darkest days so I lift you in prayer for Jesus is on the throne he has the last word and he said you are healed you are covered by the blood of Jesus from my lips to God's ear he did it for me and be will do it for you so wipe those tears from your beautiful face he's got this ❤🙏❤️🙌

Hi lovely. I am a 24 year old woman from the UK and your video randomly popped up in my suggestions, I’m guessing it’s because I’ve watched quite a few videos on cancer recently. I myself was diagnosed with a very rare form of eye cancer as a baby, unfortunately, as it was detected late it spread from the left eye to the right eye, and after treatment I was left registered blind. I can’t see out of my left eye at all, and have only light perception in the right. Now, my 53 year old mother is battling breast cancer, she was diagnosed at the end of last year and oh my, what a tough year it has been. She has been having chemotherapy for months and thank goodness that’s over now, she will have her surgery at the end of this month and after that there will be four sessions of radiotherapy, and then, after that, we can hopefully say goodbye to this awful disease once and for all. It’s going to be hard, but you will get through it ❤️ You’re not alone on this journey.

Try doing some breathing exercises instead of holding your breath. I know this is crazy the more relaxed you can be the easier the shots going to be. Try to think of other things. Close your eyes and pictures yourself on a beach or whatever makes you the most relaxed just think of yourself in that place I got through three natural births. Trust me labor is extremely painful so if I can meditate and get through 24 and 48 hours worth of labor, you can do it for your shot. just believe in yourself. You've got this hon!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

I am so sorry you have to go through this, especially at a younger woman. I went through cancer treatments 2 years ago, but I am older. I do not worry about my looks. I know what is most important in my life. It also taught me how strong I could be. Put your trust in God. He is the reason I got through. I’m so sorry for everything you are going through. I have a 13 month old baby that has a lung mass. The medical terminology for it is CPAM (Congenital pulmonary airway malformation) I’ve been told that there is a chance of it turning in to cancer in the future if it’s not removed. Because you are so young, I’m just wondering if this is the same thing going on with you and it was never diagnosed. For my son, he was diagnosed while I was pregnant.
