My IVF Journey | Prepping for Chemo

Helllo everyone! This is a video of my IVF journey in preparation for chemo. This video is all of the shots I had to do *TRIGGER WARNING LOTS OF NEEDLES AND INJECTIONS*, thanks for coming along for the ride of such a hard journey of mine, stay tuned for next weeks video (: Also, I was going to film a video of my actual cancer diagnosis that was meant to be uploaded before this one. I started filming, but once I found out I had Stage IV Cancer, it was a very tough time for me so I didn't finish filming the video. If they have 2 phlebotomists available, advocate for yourself and just ask if you can have a female ❤

Try doing some breathing exercises instead of holding your breath. I know this is crazy the more relaxed you can be the easier the shots going to be. Try to think of other things. Close your eyes and pictures yourself on a beach or whatever makes you the most relaxed just think of yourself in that place I got through three natural births. Trust me labor is extremely painful so if I can meditate and get through 24 and 48 hours worth of labor, you can do it for your shot. just believe in yourself. You've got this hon!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
