He never called his home a mansion. He always refered to it as his Ranch. He had several hundred horses at his thoroughbred racing stables on the ranch. He was racing, buying,breeding n selling thoroughbred horses. He started buying horses in late1990s n then started breeding. He also was a Breeders Cup Ambassador. He went to as many horse races he could. Toby said" Music is something that can last longer than a sports career if you can stay successful, but if a guy decidesto hang it up he really has to find something else that thrills him. And the horse racing business has always thrilled me that much"

Well if this is Toby's grave now you have shown the world( his millions of fans) n they will come n take items from the grave area like pieces of brick or worse grave diggers like they tried to do at the mausoleum where Elvis was first buried n his body had to be moved to his property at Graceland in a meditation garden with other family members. I heard that the family wanted him buried at their PRIVATE family Cemetery. I never liked people showing gravesites of famous people. There have been many in the past that their gravesites were messed with. A friend of mine saw Bonnie's.grave( Bonnie n Clide couple) n graffee all over it ( one note said glad your dead) please just let him RIP

Strange his family does not have his resting place completed. I suppose they will someday get it done. Burying him on his ranch dies not really make since if the family wanted to sell it he would have to be moved. RIP Toby.

For those doubting this being his burial spot..before I would make and post this publicly, I would of course confirm this information. With that said, I did speak to TWO different cemetery staff workers that confirmed Toby was indeed at that spot and that his memorial is still a work in progress. It will look like the gates of his home in Norman, shown at the end of this video. You can actually see that with what’s already built. They also confirmed his father is buried there too, I just didn’t find his grave as I was pressed for time and didn’t walk around enough to seek it out.

I heard he was being buried on the grounds of his property at a grave yard due to privacy and protection . Kinda what they did to Presley. Maybe his dad is in that private graveyard since you couldn’t find it.

I will miss Toby’s talent and will always respect him and what he stood for, but I just don’t understand why people spend so much money on grave /marker. They’re not there, it doesn’t matter. It’s not just this grave.
