No wonder they are so good live. Not only just being super creative musicians, but spending all that rehearsal time and playing in the dark, really set themselves up for success. Way ahead of their own schedule

It may not be Opeth's best album but it has to be their darkest hour. There's no "Benighted", "A Fair Judgement" or "Harvest" here to soften the brutality. Even the acoustic songs on here (Credence, Madrigal) sound cold and twisted.

First time hearing about this band outstanding performance!

The world war stuff in the video has been done too often.

I love this EP. It evokes nostalgia and that early, eerie BM feeling. Back when we didn't know who the artists were and their faces and identifies were as obscure as the music they created. A time of rebelling against "groovy" death metal, with droning blast beats that put you in a cold trance, meditative like state.

Why does Aaron sound just like he does in MDB, but better? Why?

So i accidentally somehow mixed my Spotify playlist with the gym's owner playlist while reconnecting the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. This played loud in the whole gym for a few minutes 🤘🏻

I just discovered this band. Master Aaron just quit my beloved MDB, which I've loved for 30years now. And now he sings in a band which sounds like my also beloved Paradise Lost which I've loved for 30 years as well. LOL 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻.
