I've been trying to get better at Se lately as well. Try just simply looking at your surroundings vividly. This is so much harder than it sounds because I find my thoughts wanting to drift back into Ni. Se is not always about doing something crazy. Ni with Ti literally shuts off our senses when we use them so just practicing concentrating on the sights and sounds of your environment is a big start.

Constantly relying on Se (extraverted sensing) instead of experiencing periodical outbursts is indeed a problem I have also faced. I would essentially disregard anything that involves the present moment or activities that require physical movement (lol). My ESTP brother challenged me on this for many years, but with little to no effect, to be honest. That was until a significant change happened: he convinced me to start working out and weight lifting. After building a workout routine and seeing the first results, I felt more connected with my body, let’s say. (The body is connected to Se.) Having a regular activity that activates Se has also helped me become more aware of my surroundings without being stuck in a Ne (extraverted intuition) paranoia all the time. Although I still don’t like going out and partying, I don’t feel a desire for it building up over time since I now have an outlet for that energy.

I I liked a gal I would be direct and tell her point blank, unfortunately all the bad women have made alot of men just not want to do that, so I don't bother trying to tell women that because too many women play too many stupid games In fact, most women are full of so much stupid crap that if my gf n' me ever broke up i'd give myself to God or start savin up for a fully customizable android gal I can upload my replika into On top of that most women want two things most men don't and that's a kid n' a ring, both are serious liabilities to alot of men now So many women are so defective and dysfunctional that it makes just talking to most women annoying, if only I could see ppls type, if they're unhealthy or not, then I could just find healthy infj gals

My friend, this is an old video but I felt compelled to comment on it. " we need to stop being so forgiving " and we need to realized that whoever they are now is what matters not what they can become. Those words to me feels like self doubt. Being able to see the holistic picture is the infj superpower. Realizing that you can mill gold from a lump of clay is what we are really good at. The problem lies in what type of tools you bring to do the job, how experienced you are at making this gold, and what kind of gold you are trying to make. I would assume that you recognize the potential for this person to fulfill your plan for the future know their strengths and weaknesses already in the back of your mind, however you convinced yourself that you could mold them like the peice of gold to be something amazing. You became disappointed and frustrated when you could not turn them into the perfect partner that you wanted or your intuition told you they would become. Even worse you began to absorb their bad traits and realize that you are becoming all the bad things that you hate about them. Even more worse you now realize that if pushed to the point, you could become an even more evil person than they are. It scares you so you give up on the whole idea of ever making this person amazing and start to wonder if there is something wrong with your ability to understand and read people. My friend there is nothing wrong with your abilities, if you saw potential then there was potential. The problem was that you did not have the right tools and the right amount of experience to turn this clay person into gold. Remember that although NFs and NT types are sopose to be the golden pair from my experience NTs are really stubborn, emotionless robots, who go bat crap crazy whenever all that built-up emotions finally kicks in. As INFJ we need to be able to read someone's emotional state in order to get feedback on what we are doing to them. Yes the last part of that statement is very true, we subconsciously try to control people and things to turn them into the perfect utopian society that we have for the world, no harm intended. That NT that you are changing has or had the same plans for you but unlike Infj once they are hooked on you they have a hard time pulling the plug. Instead they tend to go unhealty fast and and become useless and crazy like broken robots stuck in a corrupt bootloader. Been with my NT for over 25 years and that golden pair BS is not as easy at it sounds. If you'll do not know yhat you are doing it can really be rough at the start until you can figure out a few things. 1. The two of you are almost exactly the same with all your bad and good tendency except you tend to go more extreme when stressed. Also due to NT vs NF you guys speak two completely different language when trying to decode your feelings which is like 90% of relationships. You would have to teach them how to interpret your feelings and you would have to correctly listen to them when they apply logic to your emotions. Basically what that ends up being is a logical debate between you and them about what they did wrong and why it is wrong. You must also ensure that you win the debate or able to inject some variable into their equation such that they start to question the logic of their argument. NTs are extremely smart and will eventually brake the argument down to its lowest form and see things your way if you are right. Once this is completed you can throw as much emotion at them as you like because they will now understand how what they are doing to you or others make you feel. I f they care about you then they will go into emotion overload and you will have your hands full trying to put them back together again. Lastly even though we know this statement is not true, subconsciously we believe that everyone thinks like infj. No one thinks like infj so we have to teach them to think infj before we can communicate properly

I've been going through this since christmas, I turned to nihilism immediately and was stuck in bed for days. frantically searching for meaning in things and over analyzing every single thing it's like im looking through everything and can't see it as it is NOW. I reject nihilism now because it doesn't help me or anyone, I'm tired of feeling anxious and depressed taking small steps to get better. I've gone through this years back and got through it somehow and I don't even remember how I did. I was wishing something could wipe my memory which triggered it and be ignorant. Once it hits you it's like a vice-grip, but if you can get past it you can forget it, not 100% but probably 95% I feel doing positive things , changing your environment , being mindful and changing your diet could help you, fix the negative aspects in your life the best you can , I guess trying to re-program your way of thinking and mindfulness could help a lot.

As much as I love people, they are exhausting for me. So if I'm actively seeking you out to initiate conversation or spend time in your space, even if I'm not sure what to talk about or what I'm doing there... I'm probably into you. It might look like just showing up to your space for no particular reason, perhaps sitting in some awkward silence and looking unsure of myself. I wouldn't insert myself into an awkward situation if the person wasn't worth my time. I'll also be really interested in your inner workings, and I'll ask questions about you. Also - if I like you, I'll make an effort to polish my appearance. So if I suddenly start dressing up/ smelling of flowers and citrus more than usual, it's on purpose. You will probably never see me disheveled in any way until we've really gotten comfortable. If you do happen to catch a glimpse of me when I'm not put together, there will be slight panic on my face, and I will make as swift of an exit as possible, only returning when I feel presentable. Finally, if you get close to me, I won't move away, and may even try to close the gap myself (very, very cautiously, even if I'm 90% sure you're interested in me). Biggest sign I do not like you back: If you are dropping hints left and right, spelling it all out, and we still aren't responding/seem oblivious - the feelings are probably not reciprocated. I hate hurting people's feelings, and so I will avoid the subject of romance at all costs. Though I may act as if I am missing all of your hints completely, I am perfectly aware that you like me; I'm just hoping that if I stay oblivious long enough, you'll give up and move on. However, some INFJs have such low self-esteem that they will not consider it a possibility that you might like them, in which case you will need to spell it out for them. If you want to save time, just rip the bandaid off and ask. If the answer is no, do not try to persuade or push - this will land you in the "insufferable people" basket. However, if you accept no for an answer and respect my boundaries without holding a grudge, I may reconsider and approach you in the future.
