This game looks so good competitively. Probably a big upgrade over + Alpha and I think 3 probably is worse because the tag system does not allow for a similar playstyle to this game.

Dude. Vega/Claw is so annoyingly overpowered. Like all his moves overrode all of Fei Long's. This is like the 3rd video I've seen of this dude slamming through everyone in a tournament by spamming that same unblockable overhead attack or just brute force kicking through the other player's attacks.

29:47 (and on...) My dude, commentary is supposed to enhance the viewing of the game, not get in the way of it. All of the sound effects are unnecessary and distracting. You're not playing at home with your friends. 32:00 MUCH better. This is what you're supposed to be doing.

so happy bigbadwolfmn made it to top 8. I've been watching him ever since i first got into third strike. Him at frosty 2023 made me want to play Hugo and its been amazing to see his Hugo develop over time. He's the goat :)))))))))))

I genuinely dont fucking understand this game, im playing the anniversary edition of SST2 on PS5 and i just keep getting my ass beat by the fucking AI its insane, Oh lemme hop into training mode that should help, TRAINING MODE IS JUST A FUCKING IDLE ROBOT THAT DOES NOTHING, REAL HELPFUL THERE, im watching all these guys throw there fire balls like spit fire fast asf but when i try to throw mine i have to wait like 10 eons in between every fucking throw, not to mention how these fucking military grade ai bots just know everything about the fucking game and throwing me combos like there fucking candy, i dont feel like spending 500 dollas on an arcade stick just to play fucking street fighter, and i dont feel like putting 30 fucking years into the game, and im not japanese so i cant just be naturally good at this shit, it pisses me the fuck off

Damn. Well here's my advice bro. - AI isn't a benchmark of skill. The game reads your inputs and does a TON of impossible stuff (Guile walk up flash kick, Zangief instant stun recovery, favorable damage scaling). Seriously, don't stress about not beating the AI. They even give me a hard time to this day. - You can buy a fightstick now for cheap. About $50-$100 for a decent one. - Everyone here was throwing out combo's and specials like it's groceries because everyone in the tournament has been playing for years. And we had all taken our share of losses. Don't be discouraged. Go up against that idle dummy and just take your time being consistent.
