Yes if you use a barcode API/ Create method instead of QR it will work.

Hello, I did everything according to your instructions, but the "convert file" action is not accepted. Error: Converting this file to PDF is not supported. Do you have any idea where the error could be?

Maybe you should be passing some additional component in your html that is preventing this conversion, try testing with a simpler template

Is there a way to display the QR code in a list column rather than double clicking on the list item and seeing it as an attachment?

Yes, if you add it to an image column instead of using attachments and include that column in the view, the QR code will be displayed directly in the list view.

You can add mail adresses in the TO or CC. Or create another mailaction with another layout and different receivers.

This probably has to do with the setting of the browser. Is there a change you see a red cross somewhere in the browser? There you can enable the popup window for authentication.

I followed your step to covert sharpoint list to PDF. Upon testing the flow i was notified " yOur flow cannot be triggered for testing". There is no error indication, and the flow is not appearing in my sharpoint automate. please what could be th error.

I think the reason you are unable to test from power automate is that the trigger needs a selected SP list row or a previous trigger. The reason it id not showing at SP list is strange. Did you add the right Site? And did you select a record before clicking on automate? Maybe try removing cache and load the site again.

In this approach, I recommend importing the records initially without including the lookup values. Then, using the model-driven app, export the records, filtering them by created date ( so you only get these 600 records), for instance, and sorting them alphabetically. This export will include the records along with the lookup column represented as text values. Subsequently, by filtering these 600 records alphabetically, you can copy and paste the appropriate text values into the exported file for the lookup column. Finally, import this modified Excel file, and the system will correctly associate the records with their respective lookup values.

am trying to create a flow which will list the content from multiple sharepoint folders in one email. I was able to create one but sends one email per folder

Hi, thanks a lot for this example...very helpful... but it would be wonderful if you could put an example with "When a row is added, modified or deleted" trigger. I am afraid it won't work with this trigger due to you not getting consistent data using automate flow. Once you put data during instant trigger there is no doubt.

Question for you or anyone else. I have emails as one column in a list, just like yours. I'm just trying to create an automation that when I enter the new list item, that it auto sends an email with the items that are in the list, to the email is in the column. The automation runs and it appears to get the email properly, and the flow says it runs correctly, but the email never actually comes. Funny enough, when I use a gmail in the same way, it works flawlessly, but not to my outlook email. Any thoughts?

It's possible that the email ended up in your Outlook spam folder. Have you had a chance to verify this? If you have, you can adjust certain settings to enhance the delivery of emails from your domain. If this is not the case feel free to reach out to me to provide some more information.
