Automatically Sending an EMAIL from a SHAREPOINT List.

am trying to create a flow which will list the content from multiple sharepoint folders in one email. I was able to create one but sends one email per folder

Question for you or anyone else. I have emails as one column in a list, just like yours. I'm just trying to create an automation that when I enter the new list item, that it auto sends an email with the items that are in the list, to the email is in the column. The automation runs and it appears to get the email properly, and the flow says it runs correctly, but the email never actually comes. Funny enough, when I use a gmail in the same way, it works flawlessly, but not to my outlook email. Any thoughts?

It's possible that the email ended up in your Outlook spam folder. Have you had a chance to verify this? If you have, you can adjust certain settings to enhance the delivery of emails from your domain. If this is not the case feel free to reach out to me to provide some more information.

Could someone assist me. I send about 100 emails a day for the same thing. I’m looking for a way to have share point automatically send this pre written email with attachments to my clients when they are added as pending. Does anyone have advice?

This probably has to do with the setting of the browser. Is there a change you see a red cross somewhere in the browser? There you can enable the popup window for authentication.

You can add mail adresses in the TO or CC. Or create another mailaction with another layout and different receivers.
