Tge C4 needs a deep pan and a quality cooler with perhaps it's own dedicated e. Fan. To say you holt lapped it was understatment.....good job guys🤘fomoco

yeah we knew going into it that the cooling system for the trans was not up to par at all. but it made awesome power for what that setup was

Those 11R heads are no joke. I see guys are making this power consistently. Another guy made 405rwhp through a manual trans stock bottom end 302 with 11R.

Definitely an awesome cylinder head for a 302. Anytime anyone ask for a head recommendation, I tell them the 11r’s is the number one choice

It's awesome to see this video after coming back from dyno with my 302 yesterday. Mine is an 86 stock bottom end, FloTek 180cc heads, single plane, Edelbrock 650cfm, TFS stage 1, through a T5 and Ford 8" rear, all in a 1964 Mercury. Put down ~330whp. I feel like your 11R heads are the key with those 53cc chambers. I wanted them badly but Flo Tek hooked me up with those heads assembled for $600 which was hard to beat. Any details on those cam specs and/or your rear gear ratio? I would have gone with a bigger cam but as it was I had to flycut my pistons due to the stock 86 piston (no valve relief). Glad I found your channel. Do me a favor and take a peek at mine ;)

351w roller block. stock crank. h beam rods and forged pistons. afr 205 heads. trick flow box r intake. zsr engines custom grind boost camshaft. stick shift car. makes 430 whp.

Hey man, just to let you know, you might want to stay away from Renegade. My family, along with a whole load of racers from the Yakima area stopped racing there because the current track manager is a coked out douchebag who doesn't care about the racers. He only cares about money. We were at the final points of 2021, and my brother goes to make a hit in our 69 Camaro. He launches fine, but when he got past the 60', the car darted into the right lane. After that, the crew started getting mouthy with us even though a car in one of the previous pairs left oil. That eventually led to the manager and my dad getting into a pissing match. Funny thing is, the manager still likes me and my brother for some reason, but hates my dad for being called out. A local racer once caught the manager doing coke out of a trailer with some of his friends from Alaska. I wanted to bring this up to you for your safety and others safety. If you wanna race, take an extra 2 hours and drive down to Walla Walla. Prices are cheaper for better care for racers and the track.

good to know brother!!!! i normally only race at spokane county raceway. but with it being closed for the past few years, we have been going to yakima. but with the race track opening again this year, we will be going back there for alot of the racing.

It’s not much louder than stock. It does have its spots where it does drone a little loud. But overall the sound is about perfect. Wish the video picked up the sound better

TrickFlow definitely got it right with the 11Rs. If it's the 170s with the 53cc combustion chamber then the little bump in compression definitely doesn't hurt.

Can’t go wrong with the snipers! I’ve installed quite a few and they work everytime. Get a good tune on it and just drive it.

@@Keith_Trostad I’m currently running Edelbrock Performer heads. Car put down 326 rwhp and 357 lbs torque. A lot less than yours I think but I’m running full accessories with A/C.

Your loosing power with that paper filter and metal lid KN makes a top that lets air in directly being you have a hood scoop your leaving 30 Hp cause of restrictions
