I always intend to make broth, but then i get too tired 😝 Update to the roasting: go with 45 minutes and check temp. An hour can get dicey with it getting overdone.

As others have said, I came looking because I bought whole beans instead of ground. I was wracking my brains on where to borrow or rent a grinder, and the moral question of buying one and returning it, when I said "You own a cuisinart. You own a Ninja. You own a Ninja Food Chopper. You own a blender. Won't one of these implements do at least a basic job? I'm not a fancy fancy, I just want it hot and brown. Thank you. Now I can believe in myself again.

Fish sauce works great. Just depends if you’re serving people that are picky about traditional ingredients. As you can see from the kraft peanut butter, i’m not one or those people 😝 I made a pork loin video a couple years ago that has a satay recipe in it. I need to make a dedicated satay video.

Nope, not an ad. I had a coupon from them. Their food is good but i find it more stressful than everyday cooking. When a box arrives, i feel pressure to cook it right away or it will go bad.

Most Sushi restaurants I order the Party Pack which gives a good variety to split with a couple people and I find it way cheaper than ordering individual dishes.

@@Indo_chef Yes, Pit Boss has them, but they are spensive! They do make a 2 burner table top version that comes with a cast iron plate, but you can add (extra cost) a ceramic version to swop out.
