o m g i remember having to do this as a trianee..amawrap round base,,,and hands torn to shreds..alas,,we use hay as base below amawrap,as moss is protected here now,,,

Hi Cindy, no its real pine. We use the moist moss to keep the pine fresher for longer

The moss,floral sticks, small bits of wire, and plastic aren't needed. I've never seen anyone make all these extra steps for a wreath . All that extra waste. It's pretty just unnecessary waste and time.

Love your style (champagne, sparkle, LOL!) I was thinking that, instead of the plastic wrap (always looking for shortcuts for those of us who are a bit impatient), couldn't a spray fixative be used instead? Like a lacquer type spray? Thanks for sharing!

Hi Chalice, the plastic wrap is to protect the surface of the door you hang it on as much as to keep the moss in but you can always give it a go and let me know how you get on
